Dear Future Homeowner,
There’s something magical about turning a key and stepping into a place that instantly feels like home. That’s the feeling that has greeted us over the last five years at 56 Plymouth Avenue. Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street where neighbors still wave hello or stop for a quick chat, our home has been the backdrop to countless cherished memories.
Over the last five years, we thoughtfully updated many of the appliances and fixtures throughout the home, bringing modern efficiency to every room while maintaining its charm and inviting atmosphere. The renovated kitchen has been the true heart of our home and central gathering place for countless events with family and friends. The huge kitchen island has been perfect for both preparing holiday meals as well as eating weeknight dinners with the family.
Beyond our doorstep, the vibrant community of Maplewood has embraced us with its charming downtown, excellent schools, and the best neighbors you could ask for. We’ve treasured the convenience of being just steps away from the incredible local coffee shops (The Able Baker and The Bread Stand are our favorites!) and the nearby parks and playgrounds where we’ve spent countless hours with our kids. Just a short distance to the Maplewood Train Station, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of small-town comfort with big-city access.
As we prepare to pass our beloved home to its next caretakers, we hope you’ll feel that same sense of homecoming that we’ve cherished all these years. The memories we’ve made here will move with us, but the warmth, character, and heart of 56 Plymouth Avenue remains—waiting for you to write the next chapter.
Welcome home,
The O’Sullivans
