When we moved here four years ago, we never realized how much we would fall in love with this home and how well it would meet our needs and wants.

We have young boys, so living on a safe, quiet street where we could play in the yard or venture out for a walk or bike was very important to us. In this regard, the cul-de-sac nestled a few hundred yards down our street has been a perfect space for our kids to roam safely. In addition, we have grown to love this small neighborhood where diversity and kindness abound. Kids and adults alike stroll the friendly street for peaceful walks, exercise, and neighborly chats along the way.

Stepping inside, the home’s layout and modernized historic charm has met and exceeded the needs of our growing family. The first floor has an open layout which includes a sunlit and nearly sound-proof family room, perfect for reading or watching a movie when the kids fall asleep. On the second floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, including a hall bath and primary en suite bath. Schools:
Our oldest son is just completing his first year at Hazel Elementary and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience during what has been an extremely challenging time. What we love most about the school is the teacher/student ratio, diversity, proximity, and our son’s teacher, who has been absolutely phenomenal. In addition, for pre-school our boys attended JCC MetroWest, which is just a few miles down the road and again, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience there (not to mention our access to the facilities which include a full gym and indoor pool and basketball court).

Overall, we have loved living at 22 Colony Drive East and are going to miss this beautiful home, fantastic neighbors, and easy access to everything we need. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
