Dear Future Homeowners,
4 Rynda has nurtured us through many big chapters of our lives: the sleepless newborn months, stressful job transitions, our first time hosting for the holidays, messy but joyful toddlerhood, our best friends moving a mere five minutes away… the list goes on.
We will miss our wonderful neighbors (prepare for an epic Halloween), the bluebirds and cardinals that always stop by to say hello, and sitting on the front stoop with a cocktail watching the world go by. The backyard, in particular, will always come to mind when we eat my husband’s homemade pizza, as it’s where he perfected—and we taste-tested!—his recipe under the shade of the oak tree.
The best part of this house might be its location. We’ve become known in the area as the people who walk everywhere. Able Baker, the diner, the library, the butcher shop on Springfield (IYKYK), even Trader Joe’s a town over… having a wealth of spots within walking distance was crucial to softening our transition from city folk to suburbanites. Not to mention, it motivates us get our steps in!
While we have to move on from 4 Rynda now, it will always have a special place in our hearts. We hope the same for you!
Best,
The Sellers
