When I tell you this home is special, I’m not just referring to its charming architectural details or the comfort of space you will have as you make this home your own. Our experience is one of exceptional *living* and lasting memories that we want to share with you.

When we bought this home five years ago as a growing family, we were welcomed with homemade pies and warm smiles. The bikers, strollers and walkers passing by all greeted us with proverbial open arms as we played on the front lawn. Once our daughter was born, our parents and family traveled to stay with us in the spacious attic suite. Because the back stairs provide separate access, everyone could come and go with ease.

As our children grew, we spent most of our days rotating from the playroom to the backyard to the front yard and back again. We made sure to create outdoor space that extended our living parameters beyond the walls of the house. This only benefited us more as we had to spend much more of our days at home during Covid quarantine months. My son learned to ride his bike in our grass; we could spread out with neighbors for front yard cocktails; and most importantly, we did not feel isolated because everyone came outside to connect.
