Dear Future Homeowner,
We wanted to take a moment to share a little about 33 Warren Court and why we have loved being the stewards of this nearly 100-year-old home.
When we first took the leap to the suburbs, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We saw many houses, but the moment we walked through the door of this one, it immediately felt like home. She needed a little TLC, but we knew right away this was a special place. The spacious rooms, abundance of natural light, original moldings, and hardwood floors created a home that was not only warm and comfortable for our family, but truly beautiful as well.
Our block is lively and welcoming. We have artists who host street art festivals, an annual block party, and friendly neighbors chatting while walking their dogs. Grove Park is just a five-minute walk away, with its large lawn, playground, and paved walking paths. This is a wonderfully walkable location — bars, restaurants, additional playgrounds, the library, post office, and trains to Hoboken and Penn Station are all within a mile in downtown. You can head down South Orange Avenue or take the quieter residential streets and enjoy the gardens and beautiful homes along the way.
Our three children made friends quickly after we moved here, and a decade later, those friendships are still going strong. Whether it’s cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, big gatherings around the dining room table, time spent in the garden, or summer barbecues on the deck, this home has been the backdrop for so many special memories.
We truly hope you will love this home as much as we have.
Warmly,
The Current Owners
