Dear Future Owners:
We would like to share with you our perspective on 131 Rynda Road, our home for the past 28+ years.
It has been a wonderful home, in a wonderful neighborhood, in a wonderful community. We moved in before we had children. Now our children are grown and it’s time for us to find a new home for ourselves. We have so many fond memories – often centered on celebrations, parties and holidays – but every room holds precious memories for us, big and small.
There is so much we have loved about the house. It is spacious, sunny and well laid-out.
Perhaps our favorite room is the screened-in porch, where we have spent a large part of the warmer months.
When we first moved in, we wondered what we would do with such a large yard. Two kids and one dog later, we figured it out. Honestly, some of our neighbors have looked on in envy.
We have been very fortunate to have wonderful neighbors on all sides.
The house is ideally situated. We are just down the hill from South Mountain School, a short walk from South Orange Middle School – and even Columbia High School is not so far. It’s an easy walk into town and to the train station. We can walk nearly everywhere.
It seems crazy to us that 28 years have passed so quickly. But living in this house – in this community – has been such a joy for us. We wish you many similarly happy years in this home.
