Dear Future Homeowner,

When we decided it was time to leave NYC, we looked far and wide before a friend suggested that we look at Maplewood. We immediately fell in love with the town and with what would soon become our home for the next ten years. We were drawn to the proximity to town, the backyard surrounded by trees, the charming stained glass windows. Cooking has always been a central focus in our family, so in 2021 we opened up the first floor and updated our kitchen with thoughtful details and new appliances. We constructed a patio in the backyard where we’ve had countless celebrations. We redid the deck so we can enjoy our meals together al fresco looking out at the trees. 

We arrived as a family of three and before we knew it we were a family of five. It was time for the next chapter. We’ve created so many wonderful memories in our home and cherished its location on our quiet little dead end street. We know you’ll fall in love with it too
