Dear Future Homeowner,

This home has been like a hug from an old friend from the moment we moved in 18 years ago. At just over 100 years old, the details remain charming and in excellent shape. We have made some upgrades, while honoring the original plan of the house.

We have been lucky to have this home on a block just a few minutes away from the most beautiful historic park in town, Maplewood Memorial Park. Also, the train station is just a quick 6 minute walk—we timed it 18 years ago! Being able to walk to town for dinner or groceries has been a wonderful convenience.

The backyard has been enjoyed for summertime parties and for growing raspberries, figs and chamomile. The soil is magic and organic! There’s even an apple tree that was grown from a seed 17 years ago that shades the back patio.

Our hope is that our happiness in our life here has somehow been absorbed by this wonderful home and garden and that you can feel it, too.
