Since 1910, boys have been discovering the magic of Camp Wigwam. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and safe environment to enable every boy to discover and pursue his own path. We offer a traditional summer camp program with particular emphasis on tennis, golf, the arts, and rustic camping along the spectacular trails of the magnificent White Mountain National Forest. As we like to say, any camp can offer the facilities, however Wigwam stands apart in our natural setting, experienced staff, and commitment to community and belonging. The environment fostered here is unlike any other, in which a boy can feel confident in his ability and personality. - Activities offered:As a traditional style program we offer a wide variety of activities. Our roots are in the NY Broadway scene and as such we maintain a strong arts focus (ceramics, woodworking, film studio, theater, music, sound mixing, model rocketry, A+C, just to name a few). Of course as a boys camp, team sports and competition are there for campers that want or need this. Our waterfront is complete with swim instruction, canoeing, fishing, sailing, waterskiing and much more. We have a full tripping program with day and overnight hiking, canoeing, and rafting trips. Also available to campers are field trips for blueberry picking, lobster fishing, gem mining, gold panning, minor league baseball games. As we like to say, “our goal every day is to have more fun than yesterday!
